As a Site Manager, you will have the following:

• Demonstrated experience working as a Site Manager for a mid tier or upper tier Construction Company
• Commercially astute
• High rise project experience is extremely attractive
• Ability to manage a team of Contract Administrators and Supervisors
• Ability to effectively manage Industrial Relations

Position:
The ideal Site Manager has delivered high rise residential developments before and has the ability to lead a team and manage a site effectively. You will report to the Project Manager, and have the continued support from the rest of your team onsite.

It is preferential that you have experience working in the mid or upper tier construction environment and have the ability to drive commercial outcomes.
