- Providing exceptional biomechanics-focused care to patients, ensuring optimal outcomes and satisfaction.
- Effectively managing a busy diary with 80% musculoskeletal work.
- Contributing to the development of team processes and clinical excellence.
- Utilizing cutting-edge tools, including 3D-printed orthotics, to deliver advanced treatments.
- Supporting a collaborative, patient-focused clinic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality podiatric care with a focus on biomechanics and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Use advanced orthotic technologies, including CNC milling and 3D printing, to create custom treatment solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in line with clinical standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise to elevate the team's skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest podiatric research, integrating new practices into patient care as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Podiatry (or equivalent).
- Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience, with a strong focus on biomechanics and musculoskeletal care.
- Expertise in the assessment and treatment of lower limb conditions.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for patient care and team collaboration.
- Certifications: AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist.
