Job Showroom Consultant - 2 days PW (Wednesday and Saturday), Preston South

The Company:

The Role:
Working within the showroom you will be an integral part of this small and dedicated team. Your day will be varied as you will be responsible for supporting customers with their requirements and supporting the Showroom Manager. The role will involve assisting with displays, ensuring the cleanliness of the showroom, general administration tasks, assisting with general customer service / sales and stock control.

This position will be offered on a part time basis every Wednesday & Saturday

The Duties:

• Greet and attend to customers, providing product information and exceptional customer service
• Identify and qualify leads
• Making appointments for customers with the designer
• Answer calls and follow up with customer enquiries
• Open and close showroom and ensure it's clean and well presented
• Assist with all sales administration tasks
• Other tasks as required

The Requirements:
To be successful for this position you must possess;

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Retail or showroom experience is a definite advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to assist others
