Households of 18–25 residents, including a Memory Support Unit
Leisure & Lifestyle Team delivering meaningful, engaging activities

Key Responsibilities

Provide care, support, and companionship to residents, promoting independence and wellbeing
Assist with daily living: showering, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility
Support medication, simple wound care, and community activities
Engage residents in social and recreational programs that are meaningful


What We’re Looking For

Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support
Experience in Aged Care or Community Care (desirable)
Empathetic, adaptable, and passionate about elderly care
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a diverse, inclusive environment
