Our National 360 team in Hobart is seeking a Speech Pathologist who is interested in supporting clients out in the community & working locally in clinic. Whether you’re just starting out, or have years of experience, we’ll support you every step of the way, helping you grow, learn and thrive in a role that fits you.

About The Role

Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s language, swallowing, ACC, dysphagia, paediatrics or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions. Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Hobart office. Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance. Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, and speech pathologists, dedicated to making a real community impact. Use your clinical skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential. Senior Therapist have the opportunity to provide clinical supervision to occupational therapists and university students, sharing your expertise and nurturing new talent. Take part in team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

About You

You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology. You have current SPA Registration (or pending). You have full Australian working rights (or pending). Whether you’re just starting your career or have years of experience, we welcome applicants with an interest in community, private, or acute settings. You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence. You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
