About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Program Coordinator to oversee a diverse portfolio of activities, including governance, risk management, compliance, and contract oversight. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. This is an all-round generalist role.
Key Responsibilities
Governance & Risk Management: Ensure program governance frameworks are adhered to and risks are identified, monitored, and mitigated.Contract Oversight: Manage and review contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organisational standards.Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with technology teams on project implementation, providing oversight and support throughout delivery.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across teams and act as a key point of contact for program-related matters.Reporting & Documentation: Prepare program reports, maintain documentation, and track progress against milestones. Skills & Experience
Proven experience in program management, coordination, or similar roles.Strong understanding of governance and riskExperience managing contracts and vendor relationships.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Familiarity with technology projects and working with technical teams.Preference for candidates who can work onsite to foster collaboration and support.
