Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Manager, based in Hobart, TAS, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Information Technology Manager will oversee the IT operations, manage the installation, support, and maintenance of hardware and software, and ensure cybersecurity measures are up to date. Responsibilities also include leading IT projects, supervising the IT team, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. The manager will collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement strategic IT objectives that align with business goals.

Expertise in Information Security, Network Security, and Threat AnalysisProficiency in Systems Administration, IT Infrastructure Management, and IT SupportSkills in Project Management and coordinating IT team activitiesAbility to stay updated with emerging IT trends and integrate new technologiesStrong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilitiesExcellent communication and team leadership skillsProven experience in IT management or a similar roleBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMI are a plus
