Job Title: FT/PT Experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner - Clinic-Based - Flexible Work Options
Location: Hobart, TAS
Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 + Super + Commission Structure

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an experienced Behavioural Support Practitioner with “proficient NDIS registration” to join the team. You will be responsible for:
- Behavioural support assessments
- Writing of behavioural support plans
- Providing behavioural support interventions including 1:1 support and group-based settings, in clinic, at home and schools
- Develop and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in securing this incredibly rewarding role, applicants must be able to demonstrate:
- Experience as a behavioral support practitioner.
- Patience and ability to keep calm in stressful situations.
- Minimum of PROFICIENT level NDIS registration.
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a specialist multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to effectively communicate with parents and carers.
- A passion for helping children and adults with behavioural difficulties.
