About you:
You’re a trade-qualified mechanic (heavy or light vehicle, plant, diesel, or similar) with great problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

• Carry out scheduled servicing, breakdown repairs, and diagnostics on forklifts and material handling equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
• Work autonomously while supported by our Hobart branch and national service network
• Maintain accurate service records and adhere to safety standards

• Trade qualification in mechanical, automotive, plant, diesel, or similar
• Strong diagnostic skills and a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A current driver’s licence
