• Manage projects from inception to completion
• Consult with sales team and clients for project requirements
• Produce conceptual 3D models and detailed drawings
• Ensure design compliance with Australian regulations
• Produce engineering drawings of the product for the manufacturing team to produce
• Maintain existing stock item designs
• Oversee component procurement and monitor production

• Drafting experience for engineering projects
• Background in fabrication and mechanical design
• Proficient in 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
• Competent in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
• Project management skills
• Solid understanding of Australian Standards and regulations
• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering is preferred
• Experience with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems
