In this important role, you will be responsible for overseeing mid-sized projects and minor installations, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our clients' standards. You will manage the installation process and actively identify any safety risks.

• Perform hands-on installation tasks and mid-sized project management.
• Set out accurate, square, and level sandwich panel installations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and management for updates.
• Adhere to site-specific OH&S and JSA protocols.
• Utilize machinery and tools for efficient project completion.
• Identify and report safety risks before they escalate.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Valid Driver's License is essential.
• Current White Card for site safety compliance.
• Strong understanding of manual handling practices.
• Experience with safe operation of various hand and powered tools.
• Ability to work in a team environment with strong communication skills.
• Relevant construction experience in first and second fix carpentry.
• Ability to uphold a strong Safety-First attitude in all tasks.
• Preferred certifications in Forklift, Working at Heights, and Elevated Work Platforms.
