Searson Buck incorporating NurseLine is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our casual pool. Enjoy flexibility, variety, and competitive hourly rates with shifts available across hospitals, aged care, and mental health facilities throughout Tasmania.
You'll work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care, supporting residents and patients to maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Your Role

• Provide person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing
• Assist with personal care including showering, dressing, and grooming
• Support mobility, daily activities, and meal preparation
• Accurately document care provided and report any changes in condition

Essential Requirements

• National Police Check and WWVP Employer Registration
• Certificate III in Individual Support (or relevant qualification)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a care setting
• Immunisation records including Hep B, MMR, DTPA, Varicella, COVID (minimum 1 dose), and current flu vaccination
• Availability for a range of shifts including AM, PM, and NS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for supporting others

Desirable

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Medication administration competency
• Driver's licence
• Hoist Experience
