As a Provisional Psychologist, you will play an important role in supporting job seekers facing complex barriers. This is a varied, hands‑on role that will help you develop strong clinical foundations while making a real impact.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments across mental health, psychosocial, and vocational needs.
- Offer person-centred counselling intervention as needed, utilising various evidence-based psychological methodologies.
- Deliver practical strategies to support mental health and wellbeing.
- Liaise with external providers, health professionals, and community services.
- Work closely with Job Coaches and internal teams to support sustainable employment outcomes.
- Provide guidance to staff regarding psychological services, where appropriate.
