The Role
Step into a full-time role at our Invermay store where you will:
- Support the Store to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth store performance
- Lead by example to foster a customer-obsessed culture and deliver meaningful store experiences that reflects the highest industry standards
- Coach and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve KPIs
- Foster a collaborative, positive culture that empowers every team member to succeed through ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support
- Manage the end-to-end process from store presentation and stock management to compliance with care and accuracy
- Champion a safe workplace by following our health and safety practices
- A confident people leader with a customer-first mindset and a passion for success
- Experienced in retail or sales leadership - ideally in interiors or building products
- Skilled at coaching teams, managing priorities, and supporting others to reach their potential
- Organised, adaptable, and proactive when handling multiple tasks
- Strong communicator who leads by example and builds trust
- Available to work a Tue - Sat roster
