The Role
Step into a full-time role at our Invermay store where you will:
- Lead, coach, and support your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales and KPI targets
- Foster a collaborative workplace where team members are motivated, recognised, and supported to grow
- Create a customer-obsessed culture that delivers meaningful showroom experiences to customers and exceeds expectations
- Drive store performance and oversee store operations, including rostering, budgeting, and stock control, to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance, safety, and brand presentation standards are consistently met across the store
- A proven retail leader with the ability to influence, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Results-driven, commercially astute, and motivated about achieving business goals
- Experienced in managing sales targets, KPIs, and store performance with efficiency and care.
- Organised, strategic, and adaptable with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experienced in the flooring, interiors, or building industry is advantageous
- Currently holding a forklift licence is advantageous
